Rachel Allen

Real Estate Paralegal

Rachel is our Real Estate Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2013. She graduated with a Legal Assistant/Paralegal Associates Degree from Horry Georgetown Technical College. Rachel has been working in the real estate legal field in the North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach areas since 1999. She assists with all aspects of our real estate closings, including reviewing title abstracts, coordinating the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and title policies, and disbursement of final closing proceeds. Rachel lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband and dog, Sadie, and enjoys boating on the weekends, searching for amazing new décor or fashion finds (a/k/a shopping) and spending time with family and friends.
