Fay Johnson’s fascination with the law started early, fueled by watching Matlock and Murder, She Wrote reruns on repeat with her mother. What began as a childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong calling to fight for justice.

Raised in Harleyville, South Carolina, Fay witnessed firsthand how negligence could devastate a family. Her mother’s long battle with health complications caused by a preventable medical error left an indelible mark, inspiring Fay’s commitment to stand up for those harmed by the carelessness of others. For her, practicing law isn’t just a career — it’s a calling and deeply personal mission to be the change she wants to see.

After earning her degree in Criminology from the University of South Carolina, Fay pursued hands-on experience as a litigation paralegal before entering Charleston School of Law. There, she rose as a leader, serving as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association, and earning recognition for her leadership, professionalism, and academic excellence. Fay joined the dream team at Natasha Hanna Law in 2024, focusing her practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense.

Recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch honoree, Fay is also an Associate of the Coastal Inn of Court and the Stanford Lacy Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court.
