Mallary W. Hitchcock was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She attended the
Honors College at the College of Charleston, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2008. She has a
Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mallary attended the
Charleston School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2011. She was admitted to the South
Carolina Bar that same year. After law school she returned to the Myrtle Beach area to practice
law among family and friends.
Mallary clerked at Hearn, Britain, and Martin, P.A. during law school until the firm dissolved. She
then began to Clerk with our office. She also did a Fellowship with the Cornell Death Penalty
Project at the South Carolina Death Penalty Defense and Resource Center. There she worked on
high profile Post Conviction Relief cases. When the Fellowship ended, Mallary began to work
full-time at the Law Office of Natasha M. Hanna, P.C.
The focus of Mallary’s practice is in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate. Mallary
handles a variety of civil matters including property disputes, quiet-title actions, business
disputes, and personal injury claims.
For four years, Mallary also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Horry Georgetown Technical
College. She has served on several non-profit boards in the Myrtle Beach community, including
Caring in Our Lifetime and the Coastal Samaritan Counseling Center.
Mallary lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with her two dogs. She is a member of New Spring
Church and enjoys Clemson Football, True Crime Podcasts, and spending time with family.
